By accessing or using Proformatic ("the Service"), operated by Handasa ("we," "us," or "the Company"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
To use Proformatic, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep it up to date.
Proformatic offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) through our payment processor, Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on each billing cycle.
We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing cycle.
All content, features, and functionality of Proformatic -- including but not limited to the software, design, text, and graphics -- are owned by Handasa and protected by intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of any data you input into the Service. By using Proformatic, you grant us a limited license to process and store your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

Proformatic is an analytical tool, not a financial advisor. The projections, metrics, and reports generated by the Service are based on the data you provide and general assumptions. They are intended for informational and educational purposes only.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any analysis. You should always consult qualified professionals -- including real estate agents, accountants, attorneys, and financial advisors -- before making investment decisions. Handasa is not responsible for any investment decisions you make based on information from the Service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Handasa and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or investment returns.
Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
You may close your account at any time by contacting us or through your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may retain your data for a reasonable period to comply with legal obligations, after which it will be deleted.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Handasa is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of that jurisdiction.
